Start with the person running the floor.

Most check-in, queue, court, and score issues can be resolved immediately by the host or moderator.

At the venue

• Missing or already claimed name: ask the moderator to reset the claim.
• Incorrect court or queue state: keep the host screen open and report the mismatch.
• Disputed score: use the result dispute action before the next rotation.
• Lost connection: player phones become stale readers while the designated host continues approved offline operations.
