Club play without a permanent player profile.

RallyTurn keeps the minimum information needed to operate a confirmed open-play session.

What is collected

Hosts import the confirmed adult participant names supplied by the club. Players receive an anonymous session identity when they claim a name. RallyTurn does not collect birth dates, payment details, reservations, or player ratings.

Venue check-in

The venue QR is an on-site bearer invitation. Anyone with the link may see currently unclaimed names while check-in is open, so it does not strongly prove identity. Claims are rate-limited, duplicates are blocked, and a moderator can reset a mistaken claim.

Results and sharing

Session records are private to authorized owners, hosts, and assigned moderators. A result becomes public only when an organizer creates an unguessable share link. A player's name appears on that page only after explicit opt-in; otherwise RallyTurn uses an anonymous team label. Consent can be withdrawn and the organizer can revoke the link.

Retention and requests

Operational and historical data is retained for up to 12 months, then links expire and identifiable player data is deleted or anonymized. To request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal, contact privacy@rallyturn.app and identify the club and session. Do not send a password or private access token.
